What each mark on the chart means. All times on this page are UK time.
Green and red zones
A price gap (FVG, fair value gap): a range price jumped through so fast that little traded there.
Price often comes back to fill it. Green zones are below the price, red zones above.
Small gaps are hidden: Settings, Smallest gap to show.
The little tags on a gap
5/5
How clean the gap is, out of 5.
2d
How old it is: hours (h), days (d) or weeks (w).
1x
How many times price has tested it.
touched
The last thing price did there: touched the edge, swept through and was pushed back, held, or part-filled it.
A6
The chance price reaches the gap within 6 hours. Paused while it is re-tested, so it is hidden for now.
Tap or point at a gap to see these in words.
Purple zones and the ring
A purple zone is a gap that has been filled. It stays on the chart, because filled gaps often act as
support or resistance, until more than 12 hours have passed since it filled and price has pushed more than 70% back into it.
Then it retires. A ring marks the nearest purple zone when it is clearly closer than the next one.
How often the ringed zone is reached is being re-measured, so treat it as distance only.
The small tag beside the live candle
Points at the nearest open gap: green and up when it is above, red and down when it is below. It fades when
both sides are about as near. It is a distance pointer, not a forecast.
Diamonds on candles
What price did when it reached a gap:
BRK
Broke through the gap and kept going (green).
REJ
Bounced off the gap and turned back (red).
With Signal Mode on (Settings), only the clearest reactions show. Nearby ones are grouped,
for example 3x Rejected.
Faint dotted lines after a fill
After a gap fills, a faint line says what happened next, for example 15m ago - Filled - Rejected down.
Clear reactions stay for 24 hours, weaker ones for 8, and the line fades as it ages.
Pushed up
A gap below price filled, and price bounced back up from it.
Broke down
A gap below price filled, and price kept falling through it.
Pushed through
A gap above price filled, and price kept rising through it.
Rejected down
A gap above price filled, and price was turned back down.
The big-move chip (top left)
The chance of a big move within the hour, from the big-move model: Quiet, Heating up,
Building or Imminent. Alerts start at the model's alert level (55% at the moment). It says when, not which way.
Tap it to see what the model is weighing.
Shaded columns and news markers
A shaded column is the window around a big scheduled release (CPI, jobs, Fed), when BTC usually moves more,
in either direction. The marker sits on the candle where the release landed: point at or tap it for what was
released and how BTC usually reacts.
The structure strip (top right)
Sums up recent gap reactions: Bullish when support is holding or resistance is breaking,
Bearish the other way round, Neutral when it is mixed. It only shows after at least
two clear reactions in the last 24 hours.
The strips above and below the chart
Top: how busy the market usually is at this time of the UK day, and LIQ, how much is
on offer in the order books of five big exchanges (higher is deeper, so big orders move price less).
Tap it for details.
Rules: your own trading rules. Tap the tape on a phone to pause it.
Bottom: days since the Iran war began on 28 Feb 2026 (D 225 is day 225), for context.
